Filter Management
In production, every hour of system availability counts. However, with increasing load and contamination from particles – even if barely visible at first glance – the flow rate of filters noticeably decreases. The result is altered tempering behavior, reduced process efficiency, and in the worst case, unplanned production downtime.
Only regular monitoring and proper cleaning of filters ensure stable system performance and reliably protect against costly downtime. Even visually clean filters often no longer achieve the required flow rate – a clear indication that filtration performance and visual inspection do not always align.
Filter Control
Contamination indicator with green/red scale or electronic signal
Our specially developed contamination indicators are optimally tuned for use on filters of temperature control units. They enable quick, simple, and reliable checking of the contamination status without opening the filter housing – optionally via an intuitive green/red switch on the indicator or via an electronic output signal.
The switch is based on precise differential pressure measurement directly at the filter and provides clear information on when cleaning or filter replacement is required. The indicators are suitable for both oil and water temperature control units and feature automatic reset, making them particularly uncomplicated in daily operation.

FIMRO filter cleaning offers you a reliable solution here:
Our three-stage cleaning and testing process has been specially developed for the high demands of industry. Since a purely visual assessment does not provide a reliable statement about the actual permeability of a filter, we conclude every cleaning process with a precise flow measurement.
Through this structured procedure, the cleaned cartridge filters reach almost the quality level of a new filter – for maximum process reliability and dependable system performance.
